Our Therapy

When words are to difficult to describe thoughts, use Art as another means of communication.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through the Art Therapy process, I hope to be able to help you recover motivation, perspective and to feel connected once again.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic past events or circumstances. Anxiety, fear and hopelessness can be recurring themes If left unexplored. I hope to be able to help support you in exploring these thoughts and feelings and guide you through the process of self discovery and healing.

Relationships

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with couples. I provide a supportive therapeutic  environment to discuss any issues or concerns. During these sessions we will also think about solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
